Barbara A Jasper, 51, died in Atlanta, Georgia. She was born on February 6, 1943, in Washington D.C., a daughter of Emory and Agnes (Hebel) Jasper. She attended Wisconsin High School and earned a Master’s degree from UW-Madison in Behavioral Disabilities. She worked various jobs in the Madison area before moving to Atlanta years ago. Barbara is survived by her sister, Donna DeVoe of Madison, and nieces.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 11, 1994 in Madison, with burial in Resurrection Cemetery.

Judy Siebecker  added that Barbara was quiet, studious, purposeful and serious. She was in the Library Club, and YWCA programs.
